Redruth Brewery Leats website
Councillor Graeme Hicks was looking for local businesses to sponsor his project to clean up the Redruth Brewery Leats area of Redruth. He is looking for financial sponsors, as well as services, to help with this project. Hooper Graphics was designed to sponsor the design and build of a website that would be used to highlight the work that had been undertaken. The website uses Word Press as a very effective Content Management System - this enables the latest news to be posted by Graeme.
It has become a very successful community project, with people from all backgrounds becoming involved, and the area has been transformed thanks to a lot of hard work. Redruth School have also become involved, to encourage youngsters to keep the area clean and by building nesting bird boxes.
A competition had been organised to design a logo, with a prize kindly donated by Penventon Hotel of a Bicycle, to the winner. Hooper Graphics has taken the logo design and redrawn it using Illustrator so that it can be used across a wide range of media, including signage.
